How the Pickup PIN Works
Every morning, parents receive a unique 4-digit PIN through the TheRain app. This PIN is valid only for that day and must be shared with the driver before the child boards the vehicle. The driver scans the QR code or enters the PIN to confirm the pickup — ensuring no child is ever handed to the wrong person.
